How can I purchase an item?
To make a purchase in our online store, simply add the desired products to the cart (located in the top right corner of the page), indicate a shipping address and choose a payment method. Your order will be sent by our logistics partner directly to the address provided.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping costs are free to mainland Portugal and Spain. For other locations, the costs can be viewed during the checkout process when entering your delivery address.
What payment methods are available?
We accept the payment methods mentioned at the bottom of our website, including Visa, MasterCard, Klarna, American Express, MB WAY or Multibanco reference cards.
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Orders are processed within a period of up to 5 business days. This period is increased by the transit time required by the carrier, which varies depending on location.
Portugal (Mainland): 1 business day
Portugal (Islands): 2 working days
Spain (Mainland): 1-2 business days
Rest of Europe: 3-7 business day
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make an exchange or return.
In the case of an exchange, we offer an exchange service without leaving your home - we send the new item and collect the item(s) you wish to exchange. This service costs €4.95 for mainland Portugal.
In the case of a return, shipping of the item(s) to be returned and the respective costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded.

What happens if there is no one at the address at the time of delivery?
Our logistics partner makes two delivery attempts. After the second “absence”, the order is left at the nearest pick-up point and the customer will be informed so that they can proceed to collect it.
