Exchanges and returns

If you wish to exchange or return one or more items, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make the exchange or return.

To start the exchange or return process, please send an email to hello@moldecreations.com indicating your order number and specifying which item(s) you wish to exchange or return. After communicating your intention, wait for our confirmation and any additional instructions required so that you can proceed with shipping the items.

The item(s) you wish to exchange or return must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, such as marks, signs of wear or odors, and must include all original labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in the original envelope in which they were received.

In case of exchange:
We offer a home-delivery service - we send you the new item and collect the item(s) you wish to exchange. This service costs €3.95 for mainland Portugal. For all other locations, you will need to consider the cost of a new shipment and a collection fee, which varies depending on the location.

In case of return:
The shipping of the item(s) to be returned, as well as the respective costs, are the responsibility of the customer. After receiving the item(s) at our facilities, and if they are in perfect condition, the customer will be reimbursed within a period of up to 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase. The amount to be refunded will be deducted from the shipping fee of the initial order, even if you have benefited from a free shipping rate.

Alternatively, you can deliver the item(s) to be returned to the Maisena store in Lisbon (Campo de Ourique). However, you must always send us an email first to demonstrate your intention to return.
